Can't create a G-Code for a CNC USB controller using ZW3D

Postby Goose » Wed Sep 16, 2015 5:40 am

I have been trying to use the ZW3D software to create G-Code file that can be accepted by the CNC USB controller but it cannot create it. I have also tried several post processors available in ZW3D but none of them worked, just giving errors of one kind or another. Has any one experienced this too? what should i do?

Which post-processors did you use? Have you tried the ones that features 'Mach 3' or 'G-code' in their titles? If not, then try them and am sure it will work.

Try CAM software. With this one you can easily create G-code specific to your machine.

Thanks… Let me look for it. Let me hope it won’t cost me a tooth…
