Potentialmeters for digital control to be replaced

Postby jamlekP » Sat Oct 24, 2015 2:37 am

I wish to replace some of my potentiometers that are in motor drive circuits which i use for digital control. I need optoisolated computer controls to protect my computer from potential high voltage failures in the motor drive circuitry. Please share with me your views on this.

You will still stand a risk of damaging the computer since no matter which controls you use, you still wouldn't be 100% insulated from random high voltages.
