USB connection

Lately I have been trying to connect the USB interface for the planet CNC to the z-axis for the said machine without success. Would someone please help me through this.

He already mentioned up there that it is planet CNC.

I can't seem to get exactly what your problem here is. I would have that it's just a matter of plugging in the head.
