I want to by a rotary machine, probably a lathe. Is there any restriction in acquisition and use of such machinery such as training?

Good question! I have been using a hydraulic jack for over ten years. Last week, I went to purchase one but surprisingly the store man refused to issue one to me, Reason, he couldn’t find my name on the list of people who have trained to use and are competent with the hydraulic jack

Even with the training, if you are no discipline and you often forget to use at least one of your senses you will surely cause damage or get your arms chopped off little by little
