The suitable ballscrew

Postby Tipsiest » Tue Jun 23, 2015 12:13 pm

I have 2 ballscrews, one has 15mm diameter while the other has 10mm leads. Which one do i keep and which one goes?
The latter is Issoku ground C5, and the former Issoku ground double start C3.
I will appreciate your contributions.
I don't understand it! And I don't understand anyone who does understand it!

hey, it depends on the use for which you intend to use these things... It strikes me as something you thought up when sorting through stuff in the garage.

I would advice you to keep both of them. The Issoku ground double start C3 is more likely to prove useful in the future but one day you may come across an old machine that requires Issoku ground C5.

What do you plan to do with the one that you don't keep? I would appreciate if you offered it to me..

If you are not using any of them then sell both.. Simple

Return to “CNC laser, plasma, and lathes”
