Advantages of the Vertical Bluechick over the Horizonta one

Postby Gia » Wed Oct 21, 2015 5:39 am

I recently came across a vertical bluechick machine. I case this is a new type because am used to the horizontal one. Is this vertical oriented machine better than the horizontal one? what are some of the advantages of the vertical bluechick over the horizontal one? this is how the machine looks like

Hello good people,
I am using The Vertical Laser XL - 4' x 8' Laser Engraver and some of the advantages that i have noticed over the horizontal machine are:
It provides a large-format work area with an overall very small footprint.
It also features a wall-mounted rib structure that reinforce stability thus eliminating the need to construct a table base

Another advantage is that the Vertical one has been designed such that it can in a better way contain toxic gases

When it comes to improving the lasing speed, on has to take account of the fact that the vertical one has comes with an 80w CO2 laser tube. Another fact worth noting is that it is equipped with an 80W power supply that can be adjusted accordingly to raise the lasing up to the required figures.

What makes the vertical one have that superior speed. Is it something in its make?
