Have you tried changing those motors recently?
Am trying to look at the issue from another perspective and i suspect it could be that the BOB is the ones causing the sound.

Am assuming you wanted to ask about the Y axis. Well, for many cutters the two are connected therefore the speed together and slow together. For you the problem is with the X axis accelerating at a much higher speed.

I absolutely agree with you KimaruMark. I specifically run my GCC machine on a 110v AC connection. I recommend the others to try that.

The Admin is right. The most important characteristic of any good set of rules and regulations is clarity and not brevity. There is nothing to admire in brief instructions that fail to communicate the message clearly.
