How Do I Make Vacuum Bag?

Hi great people.
Does anyone here know how to make a vacuum bag? I first tried to make one using some Plastic weld. I managed to make one but it was too thin. I have got vinyl sheet, a vacuum bump and some hose connectors. What else do I need to complete this project??
Cheers..
