Forget about mk1 as it is obsolete. It is no longer supported.mk ¾ is good because it runs smoother than mk4 and has got a lot of new features that are supported mainly on mk3 series.

Your problem is something to do with the transmit protocol program. Try downloading another on and see if it will work.

There are actually a lot of things to consider some are very detailed. Things like the properties of the materials you intend to use. You will need to know how to calculate several mathematical models including deflection. Unless you are just building a hobby router which is a small as a drill motor...
