You can’t mix older and new parts and expect any precision. I would not recommend that at all. Any problem with the original bearings?

What’s the rush for?
Due to the deflection in climb milling, you should consider conventional milling for micromachining

Hi Duzzebra,
Don’t just look at the advantages and disadvantages of these two milling options. There are occasions when you should consider using conventional milling and not climb milling. The vice versa is also true.

Hi fellow hobbyists I am green in this filed. I am about to build a hobby CNC router but i am a bit confused on which design to go for. Which one would you guys advice me to build between the Stationary Gantry, Mobile bed and the Mobile Gantry,Stationary bed? Regards Chacha! This is a good question...
