Am certain all those sounds are coming out as a result of having the motor phases wired wrongly. How have you wired them in Parallel or series connection.? Just post a photo of your datasheet wiring on this page and i will check it out for you.

Ultimately, this is a technological world, hand operated mechanical tools used to take very long to accomplish a task and it was difficult on complex to perform those tasks. These days, just a program and everything is done in minutes. I wonder what the future portends.
