I think that is just a marketing hype. A 50w will cut birch ply well while a 40W will cut pine smartly.

the vacuum pump should depend with the table size. However the vacuum pump which is as low as 12HP has its own problems such as leaks.

If you are entering the market for the first time and you are aiming at making profit immediately, you might end up failing. you need to build a good base. you need to invest more at start up and be patient till you break-even

Can't create a G-Code for a CNC USB controller using ZW3D

I have been trying to use the ZW3D software to create G-Code file that can be accepted by the CNC USB controller but it cannot create it. I have also tried several post processors available in ZW3D but none of them worked, just giving errors of one kind or another. Has any one experienced this too? ...

Hello there, was just wondering if you have tried altering the scan gap. Burning with a lower scan gap might take a longer time but it may be very helpful. Why don’t you try it could be a long shot but I think it can work!…. Cheers

the idea of using fuel pump should work pretty well. I have a friend who uses them on most of his machines though not using them as misting but just as constant re-circulated flow.
