Is aluminium bed frame the best?

I want to have and aluminium bed frame. I know that aluminium is expensive. All i want to know is what to look out for when bolting and fitting linear rails together. Also, once the beds have been leveled will the aluminum profiles be zero tolerance?

I think the best choice is using a coolant. Also bear in mind that it is possible to have "fumes" that are emitted when cutting any metal, hence it is extremely important to ensure that you have adequate PPC's when cutting them. :)
