I have got one like that one, a UK version. It has stronger and wider castings but has many plastic parts. Each end must have a bearing roller. Though they will most likely slide off, they are press fitted such that they can resist centrifugal force. To take some off, you will require a puller. You ...

When it comes to improving the lasing speed, on has to take account of the fact that the vertical one has comes with an 80w CO2 laser tube. Another fact worth noting is that it is equipped with an 80W power supply that can be adjusted accordingly to raise the lasing up to the required figures.

Would please post a photograph of the model referring to so that all of may be able to tell it out..? I know of many spindles by judging from the way you describe that spindle chances are that its very unique.

Talking of the voice tone Vin and having worked as a machinist for some employer some two years ago, I know what it means to use a rasping voice tone. Many guys left the employment due to this. Let the cutter motion be anticlockwise for the outside pocket and vice versa for inside profile, such that cutting edge will be facing the
oncoming work edge.
